If you are in depression or sad try to think about your past achievements , success and your good timesit will not only boast your self-esteem but give you a courage to again come on track . Our small achievements is great impact on our life So never ignore your small performance it will give you a confident to do better in a next time .
3-Read something inspirational ,
If you are depressed try to read a motivational story or a biography of a great personalities or something that you like most so it will make you feel positive about yourself.
Ignore the negative people and a negative thoughts try so stay with a funny people . The only way to find your self-esteem is to surround yourself with supportive positive people who admire you and gives a value to you.
